The year is almost over and it’s time to name the most stylish and fashionable. Vogue.com took this serious responsibility and compiled a list of those who were considered well-dressed at glam events we all like so much.

Alexa Chung was chosen as best-dressed woman of 2009. Congratulations!

Position number two was given to actress Audrey Tautou.

The next comes Sarah Jessica Parker, one of my favourite stars – I love her in Sex And The City! In my opinion, she should be the winner.

Sinna Miller is a pretty slim girl but she considers those with curves more beautiful.

The British actress commented the growing popularity of plus-sized models:
I sincerely believe that that’s more beautiful than someone who is poker-thin. I really do.”
Sienna even said she would love to have more curves herself:
I would love to have boobs to go with my hips, but I don’t,” she says. “That’s just not the way the cookie crumbled.”
The actress who is currently performing on Broadway in After Miss Julie, told about her own experience as a model.
Before she started acting she found work posing at photo shoots.
She complains:
I was, like, the short, funny one that they booked to make the other girls laugh and to make them look taller.”

Rachel Bilson admits her fashion style has been influenced by the likes of Ashley Olsen, Sienna Miller and Diane Kruger.

I really look up to a lot of my peers and how they dress. I love to admire other people,” The O.C. star confessed.
Ashley Olsen I think is great, Diane Kruger, Sienna Miller – all those people obviously have good style, so it’s nice to see that around you. Your peers surround you, and they all look good, so that’s great.”
Rachel Bilson is known for her perfect looks but apart from that her acting talent is much better assessed. She might next be seen in comedy-romance TV series How I Met your Mother. She is set to make a guest appearance on the show’s 100th episode.

Sexy Sienna Miller covers UK Vogue October 2009 issue. The cover is very sunny and bright and all about the gold and hot Autumn mood.

The photoshoot is made by popular photographer Mario Testino.
I like these pics. They are not very much photoshoped and Sienna looks very natural.

Sienna Miller wears sequinned silk-satin dress, £4,295, Stella McCartney. Leather biker jacket, £395, All Saints, customised with studs and chains by Katie Eary.

Different people get their inspiration from different things and persons. And when it comes to discussion it often happens that many are inspired by their parents, mothers more than fathers.
The same is true about an acclaimed designer Matthew Williamson who says his first muse was his mother.

The British designer is now working with A-celebs like supermodel Kate Moss, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow but everything he has now he owes to his mother whose flawless look motivated him to enter fashion.
He explained:
I think my first fashion moment was watching my mom prepare for work. She used to prepare meticulously the night before and I would sit at the edge of the bed and question her. She was a little bit like my first muse.”
Besides the mother, his muses later have been Jade Jagger and actress Sienna Miller.
Sienna Miller is still interesting for the designer. He likes the way she adapted her wardrobe to the tough times of nowadays.
He said:
The credit crunch means people spend on things they love rather than trends. Sienna Miller looks great because she’s not afraid to mix designer pieces with cheaper things.
Iconic pieces are good buys at the moment. A brightly coloured belt is my all-time tip – a cinched waist looks great on everybody. A pink patent-leather studded belt transforms a T-shirt dress from being casual and beach-y to a glamorous silhouette.”

Sienna Miller loves acting more than fashion.
She has her own clothing line Twenty8Twelve with sister Savannah and enjoys designing clothes a lot but still puts her acting career first and wants to be recognized and respected as an actress.

She said:
It was a really fun idea to have a fashion label with my sister but I don’t have an awful lot of time for it because my first love and job is to be an actress.
Fashion can be a great form of self-expression, but people should just have fun and wear what makes them feel comfortable.”
Sienna and Savannah have some really wonderful pieces that shows they do have designing talents. So, it’s a bit frustrating Sienna doesn’t consider fashion serious.

Fashion is great when it is also comfortable and practical. If it’s not, it becomes a problem – problem to move, breathe and feel at ease. It was exactly this what happened to actress Sienna Miller during the filming of “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra”.

Starring as The Baroness in the upcoming action film, Sienna had to wear a skin-tight leather costume which limited her movement a lot. The outfit was so restrictive that Sienna had to resort to being transported around the set on an “ironing board with wheels”.
Talking about her costume woes, Sienna said:
At four o’clock in the morning, squeezing into leather is not the most fun. I couldn’t breathe. It was all heavily corseted, very tight and held up with straps.”
Funny to mention but the starlet was even planning a ceremonial burning of her ‘Baroness’ attire when the work was over.

US Vogue July 2009 issue shows us Sienna Miller in a one shoulder red dress by Alexander Wang Regitze and Overgaard for Georg Jensen sterling-silver bracelet.

She tells about being naked:
I don’t think I feel comfortable getting naked now,”
I can see where I made the decision to make that film three years ago, but then you grow up and evolve and your tastes change. I was in this period where I was making movies back-to-back because I didn’t want to be at home. Anything to not be in London. I was running away.”

And another Glam Event that deserves your attention – MTV Movie Awards 2009! It was held yesterday at the Gibson Amphitheatre witnessed plenty of hot looks and nice designs that I am going to tell you about now.
You can read the complete list of MTV Movie Awards winners here >>
As usual I’ve compiled a list of best dressed celebrity attendees that includes 10 persons. And the first to mention here will be Vanessa Hudgens, the 20-year-old Bandslam star.

She looked stunning in an orange Max Azria dress and matching Jimmy Choo shoes.
She accessorized her look with lots of tiny bracelets, two long chains with beautiful pendants and a box-like clutch. She is number one on my list!
The next girl to be described here is Miley Cyrus who wore a Moschino Cheap and Chic nude silk halter dress paired with Robert Lee Morris for Elizabeth and James jewels and high-stiletto shoes. Her dress looked modest but super classy. Good choice, Miley!

The 16-year-old Hanna Montana star is followed by Ashley Tisdale. The actress opted for a mini purple leather Elise Overland dress and absolutely perfect wedge strappy shoes.
A ring that attracted everybody’s attention was designed by Loree Rodkin. She also wore a Balenciaga belt and a clutch by the same brand. She looked gorgeous!

Sienna Miller did fabulous work at London Fashion Week about her Twenty8Twelve collection.
But despite the rumours that Sienna Miller may turn her back on acting to become a full-time designer, she is not going.

The actress, who launched her label in 2007 with sister Savannah, received an outstanding praise last week when she showcased her label for the first time.
Contactmusic quoted her saying:
“I’m not giving up acting, I love acting. But I also love working with my sister. We’ve always been two sisters playing dress-up, ever since we were kids, and we’re still doing it.”
