The quality of clothes can be estimated by many factors. Everything is important: fashion, design, tailoring, color and of course fabric. The fabric determines the way clothing fits, looks and whether it is safe or not for the wearer.
Natural fabrics have lots of advantages comparing to synthetic materials. This makes them so popular with customers.

Everyone knows that fabric can bring much harm. For example, synthetic fabrics that are dyed with chemical stuff are contra-indicated to people who suffer allergies, skin diseases like eczema or psoriasis. Material of poor quality can cause dermatitis even in a person who is healthy.
Not only dyes can be dangerous, there are many other substances that are used when synthetic fabric is produced. Such substances can cause irritation, reddening, itching and even asthmatic fit. Of course, not all synthetic materials cause this effect. But still wearers often don’t like the way the fabric feels and accumulates static electricity.
To make sure you’ll feel comfortable wearing a piece of clothing check the ingredients of the material on the label. They should be natural, smell good and cause no discomfort when being worn. Besides, the fabric shouldn’t lose color while washed.
Silk
Garments made of natural silk are valued high. Silk is beautiful and durable. It can be worn by anyone, even those who have sensitive skin. It is washed and ironed easily. The only disadvantage of this material is that it isn’t very pleasant to wear in hot weather.

Flax
Clothes from flax have been popular for a long time. Lots of good clothing is smade of it including shirts, dresses, trousers, summer frocks and blouses. Flax rumples fast but it is good for washing. Besides, it allows skin to breathe. However, flax can seem too rough for those who have too sensitive skin.

Being pregnant is not easy physically, emotionally and even fashionably. If you work you need to look good no matter how big your baby bump is. But dressing stylishly is possible and it doesn’t always mean spending all your salary on clothes.

When shopping for maternity clothing keep in mind a few important things:
1. Monotone and soft hues are perfect. You can combine garments of these colors more successfully than those of bright tints. Darker tones are more practical and have a slimming effect, so your belly will look smaller than it is. Of course you don’t need to hide your pregnancy but demonstrating it too much is not a good thing either. So for a certain period you better avoid vivid colors, extraordinary combinations and tight-fitting clothes.
Simple ensembles coming in black, beige, brown, grey, blue and khaki tones should be brightened up with bold accessories: scarves, headwear, chunky jewelry and, of course, footwear. All these items you’ll be able to wear after having a baby, too.

Every girl dreams about her big day and envisions herself wearing a perfect gown that outshines every other female’s outfit at the event. But if you are a plus-size there might be some problem on finding what flatters you. Nowadays there are lots of designers who are ready to help you and offer a gown you have always seen in your happy dreams.

You might want to shed a few pounds before the wedding and it is a good decision but don’t let yourself starve as this can spoil your mood and make you too nervous. What is much better is to look through lots of catalogues and online stores that offer dresses to every taste, finances and shapes. A plus-size bride can and should look fabulous at the altar.
Now let’s talk about what the dress can be like to make the most of your curves.

First of all, forget about hugely puffy wedding dresses which were fashionable in the 70-80s. They look cute but not on big girls. You may think it is the best for you as it can cover all those bulges you’d like to hide. But while your full arms are hidden under balloon sleeves and heavy bottom covered by a voluminous skirt you, as a whole, will look even bigger than you are. Is that really what you want? Of course not. So, stay away from cute princess-like puffy dresses with lots of lace, layers and balloon sleeves; unfortunately they aren’t for you.
Besides, steer cleer of mermaid and sheath dresses, those which accentuate attention on hips much.

Plus-size girls look good in dresses that have a trapeze silhuette, without too much volume and details. Fabric should cling to the body but not pull in too tight. Avoid shining materials. They create the illusion of a bigger form.

Nowadays when people tend to value comfort more than beauty for everyday wear, sporty style has become extremely popular. It is great for walks out, vacation and even work if no severe dress-code is required.
People have always liked sport. Sporty style appeared when a person decided to develop his strength and physical abilities. Now this style is fashionable all year round and attracts more and more new fans.

Sporty style is always simple and provides lots of comfort. It includes both warm and light clothing: warm ergonomic jackets, windbreakers, pants, breeches, shorts, overalls, vests, even skirts.
Such clothing is characteristic for being loose, elastic, water-resistant, etc. Sporty garments keep warmth better than other dressing because they are made to be worn outdoors in any season and weather. Sporty clothes no longer look baggy; they are often elegant and sexy.

Jean style is a variety of sporty style. Originally denim was used to make work clothes. But now classic, club, glamourous and sporty clothing is made of this fabric. Denim is good for many designs and climates. This material is ideal for those who prefer spending time in the fresh air, likes running and playing active games.
One more variety for sporty style is a safari style, which became popular in the middle of the 20th century. This style was brought to Europe from Africa when white colonists were forced to live in a very hot climate. Safari style offers us clothes for outdoor sports in a hot season: loose pants and shorts, blouses and t-shirts. This style is notable for natural colors (for example, sand and green) and comfortable accessories (belts, patchpockets).

Tommy Hilfiger advises women to own just one pair of jeans.
Taking into consideration the current ecomonic situation few people can afford buying several pairs of denim. And there is no need to do that.
The American fashion designer thinks a person must own one but well-fitting pair of high-quality jeans and wear those for various occasions using different acessories.

He said:
Women only need one pair of jeans – but they must fit. There are pairs of jeans that are worth spending a lot of money on. Depends on the material. You wear jeans more often than an evening dress or a leather jacket.”
Tommy also says people should never follow fashion blindly. What is better is to dress to flatter your shape and personality.
He told German newspaper Bild am Sonntag:
The coolest look is the one when you yourself feel very comfortable. There are no longer dictates of fashion. Wear what suits you. It’s hip.”
Besides, the designer thinks many women often overdo with their looks:
Less is more! Not so exaggerated hair, not too much jewellery, not so much make-up, you mustn’t show too much skin which is completely unsexy.”

Winter is a season when you want and need to look good. Health is above fashion of course but you can look elegant in any weather if you know how to choose and combine clothes. You can be well-dressed and warm at the same time!
Here are 5 tips for you to use when choosing your winter outfits:
Tip 1: Opt for warm clothes for the upper part of your body
To keep warm you need to choose good items to dress your upper part. The main thing is to choose the right fabric and length to avoid fatter look.

Find a top with long sleeves that narrow to wrists. This can be a silky blouse or the one of another flimsy material. Don’t wear tops with wide wrist area even if those are top trendy. Cold wind can go inside and you might catch a severe chest cold.
Don a sweater or a clinging shirt over the blouse. What is important here is that the bottom part of the sweater/shirt shouldn’t be wide either, because you will look fatter. Those women who like wearing cashmere and wool know that properties of the material are what matter not the thickness of it.
Tip 2: Wear sexy but warm lingerie
If your lingerie is all the way covered with the clothes it doesn’t mean you can wear something horrible down there. Don’t sacrifice your femininity to the cold. It’s possible to find sexy but warm underwear.
Tip 3: Keep your feet warm
If you wear trousers don thin tights underneath. The best fabric for winter trousers is wool. And trousers should be tight-fitting.
If you prefer skirts, opt for warmer tights. And of course the longer the skirt the warmer you feel. Forget about skirts which widen to the bottom. Straight design is the best.

No matter what you choose, trousers or a skirt, you should wear a good pair of high boots which can protect your feet and ankles from the cold. Opt for high boots of the same color as your skirt or trousers.

Every man dreams of being broad-shouldered, hunky and handsome. But to achieve that he has to spend lots of time, finance and inner resources.
However, there is an easier way to look good without doing much. It’s clothes that can help you to disguise problem areas and flatter your good ones. Let’s talk about the most common problems men have with their bodies.
Thin arms. Unfortunately few men can boast having huge biceps and broad shoulders. How can one camouflage this flaw with the help of clothes?
The main goal here is to distract attention from the arms. Try a loose V-neck sweater, an interesting T-shirt with a funny inscription or a polo-shirt. In other words any garment that accentuates attention on neck and chest will be a great choice.

Forget about clinging outfits. They will just emphasize the area you’d like to hide.
Opt for thicker fabrics and clothes with long sleeves.
Flabby chest. It is frustrating to note you’re getting older and your body changes to the worse, but one can hardly avoid this. Both men and women suffer the problem of a flaccid chest as a result of ageing. So, if this sproblem has already affected you, you better hide your new imperfections from the people around.
Multi-layered garments are good for you. For example, combine a T-shirt with a thin sweater.
Choose thicker and heavier fabrics.

Thong is one of the most frequently discussed parts of women’s wardrobe. Despite the fact it became popular not long ago the first record of the thong dates back to 1939.

Once a New York Mayor visited a place where visitors were entertained by girls dancing nude.
The mayor must have been a strict and chaste man because he issued an edict obliging women to cover their bottoms at least a bit. Women were very resourseful and soon started wearing thongs – bottoms were covered ‘a bit’ and the clients were still satisfied.
These ladies found a good way out for themselves and gave us sexy panties we love so much nowadays.
