One of the most awaited glam events – the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards – was held yesterday, on January 31, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

While some were burning with anticipation of who was to win, others, including me, were looking forward to seeing fashion choices of the evening. And, sincerely speaking, we were not disappointed!

Lots of beautifully dressed ladies arrived to the event and sashayed on the red carpet showing off themselves.

The outfit I liked the most was worn by eccentric Lady GaGa. Custom-made Giorgio Armani Prive gown looked fabulous! I really mean it. I loved the dress! Of course it was far from ordinary but the color was nice and the design wasn’t aggressive. Rather it brought some unexpected femininity to GaGa’a look, something that she usually misses. The shoes were shocking though. They looked great but were hardly safe to wear.

Jennifer Lopez looked stunning in an unusual silver-white gown, white peep-toe shoes and absolutely sumptuous bracelets!

Lea Michele glammed up the red carpet sporting a sexy black one-shoulder dress with a feathered hemline and matching black heels.

Next comes gorgeous Marisa Miller in a snowy white vintage Gucci mini-dress and black Yves Saint Laurent pumps. The supermodel looked perfect! I’ve got one question though, why does she always choose short white dresses for red carpet events?

Taylor Swift is a girl I would talk hours about. She is beautiful and fashion-conscious, very creative and talented. I could say a lot more but she will do it better herself.

Taylor is a covergirl for this Sunday’s T: The New York Times Style Magazine. She is featured on a few glam photos and looks really wonderful.

She wears couture clothing, including a Chanel dress, a metallic Burberry Prorsum jacket, a Prada Swarovsli crystal top and other outfits form best fashion names.

Besides, the songbird gives an extensive interview about her life and songs. Speaking to T’s editor Lynn Hirschberg the singer reveals lots of facts we haven’t known about her.

Taylors tells about being an outisder at school and her double life as a result of this:

I would sit on the edge of class and watch people interact with each other. I’d watch guys flirt with cool girls and I would watch best friends talk, and I would go home and write about it. If you listen to my albums, it’s like reading my diary.”

Singer Taylor Swift is going to launch her own fashion line of summer dresses.

Being aware of the fact she has very little expertise in designing Tailor is planning to collaborate with famous brand Marks & Spencer.

Taylor commented:

Yeah, I’m coming out with dresses that are inspired by the sundresses I wear.”

She added:

If I was going to put out dresses I wanted them to be affordable, especially with the economy doing what it’s doing, so I’m really excited that we’ve accomplished that.”

However, we still don’t know anything about the name of the line and the date it will be presented.

When I get news like that, it just blows my mind, because I’ve been trying to do this all my life. I remember the girls who would come to talent shows and say to anyone they met, “I’m so-and-so—I’m going to be famous someday.” I was never that girl. I would show up with my guitar and say, “This is a song I wrote about a boy in my class.” And that’s what I still do today.

American country-pop singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, 19, gives away her prom dress to charity. That is beautiful cream and gold Jessica McClintock gown.

The dress will be in Hearst Magazines’ DonateMyDress.org. That is the first US network to take together local dress drive organizations across the nation and to help girls find and pass the gown of dreams.

Taylor Swift told:

I chose to give away this prom dress because I wore it once and loved it! To keep it around, hanging there all by itself and lonely in my closet, never to be worn again seemed a little pointless. ”

I want another girl somewhere to feel good in it and have a great prom night because of this dress.”

Her amazing dress sold for a tremendous $1,200 on the auction.

Taylor always takes part in charity auctions.

In 2009 she donated $10,000, funded by CMT ONE COUNTRY, to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by winning the “Video of the Year” and “Female Video of the Year” awards at the 2008 CMT Music Awards.

and $100,000 to the Red Cross in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to help the victims of the Iowa flood of 2008.

44th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards 2009 (ACM Awards 2009) was held on Sunday, April 5 at 8 PM ET/PT on CBS.

The glam ceremony took place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The awards honor the remarkable dues to country music style from the popular musicians, venues, radio stations, and celebrities in a star-studded live TVcast.

There were a lot of musical guests : Taylor Swift, John Rich, Toby Keith, Miley Cyrus, Rascal Flatts, Trace Adkins, Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Lee Ann Womack, Jamey Johnson, Sugarland, Miranda Lambert, and Heidi Newfield.

Additional presenters included actor/singer Jamie Foxx, actor Matthew McConaughey, actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and model Marisa Miller.

Model Camilla Alves displayed her body in a curve-hugging little white dress.

Celebrities posed in hot and stylish gowns.

Supermodel and designer Marisa Miller put on white dress which looked like undewear, but emphasized her perfect body very well.

Miranda Lambert singer/songwrite, 26, dressed in pink spangled strapless dress and accessoried it with gold clutch, silver pumps, large gold ring with nacreous stone and gold bracelets. She was amazing!

Country singer Taylor Swift covers the May 2009 issue of Seventeen Magazine.

Inside the interview for the magazine, Taylor opens that she doesn’t regret unmask her 2008 relashionship crash from Joe Jonas.

We can see that her song, Forever and Always, is about her split from him.

Writing songs about people is the only way I know how to do things. I mean, I can’t wish I hadn’t written a song about someone, because if I hadn’t, that song wouldn’t exist. I just don’t find any joy in writing about things I haven’t been through.”

Her favorite song is about:

Right now, my favorite thing to write about is love. And breakups. And boys. And feelings. Honesty is a big part of my writing, because when I was younger and fell in love with songs I’d hear, I would always wonder who that song was about. It would have totally broken my heart to know it wasn’t about anyone and was just written so it could be on the radio.”
