Sexy Katie Green shows off the beutiful body that some model agencies criticised for being ‘too fat’ as she launches a Say No to Size Zero campaign outside parliament.
But days after rejecting to lose two stones the 30F lingerie model was snapped up by underwear giant Ultimo.
The 21-year-old dirl won an audition in the summer to be the new Wonderbra model and the company suggested she join a major agency, who consulted her to slim down from a size 12 to a size 10.
Today Katie Green, who is 5ft 10ins and 10st 5l, views very awesome posing in their exposing underwear as she prompts other companies to discard the super skinnies.
Katie Green is one of the models who are great examples for young girls and women who are flooded on a daily foundation with so many unreal photos of what a body should look like. Too many girls and young women have evolved harmful and unrealistic weight goals.
The former New Look shop assistant from West Sussex said:
I really didn’t know where my career was going to go after the depression of being told I was too fat.
It knocked my confidence for six and really embarrassed me.’
Katie says:
You don’t have to be stick thin to front a campaign.
Earlier this week I felt like my modelling career was over, but now it feels like it’s just the beginning.”
Michelle Mone is the Ultimo boss adds:

She has now joined the ranks of Spice Girl Mel B and Melinda Messenger, and will undewear model Ultimo’s D-G range.
A spokeswoman for Wonderbra said:
Wonderbra UK did not ask Katie to lose weight – in fact we chose her because of her fabulous curves. Since discovering Katie, we have been delighted with how she looked in our new D-G range.
The model agency that Katie then chose to sign with advised her to lose weight – advice that Wonderbra would never give to girls. We… support Katie in her quest to challenge the size zero debate.’
