The Fanning sisters look amazing on the cover of W Magazine December 2011 issue. Elle and Dakota pose together for a number of photographs inside the glossy. No bare bodies or provocative clothing but the images are as attractive as few can be. At least for me. To be sincere I was literally mesmerized with the photography.

The teenage stars sparkle on the W Magazine cover. Both are wearing dresses with luxurious golden embroidery and both look totally glamorous.

Several other pictures of Elle and Dakota Fanning feature them together. One pic shows us the two embraced, with lovely hats on their heads (Are those hats by Chanel?). On another Elle is whispering something very intriguing into her big sister’s ear. And the last demonstrates us a cute photo of the younger girl putting on lipstick on her elder sibling.

Elle and Dakota Fanning have also provided some interesting information for us to get to know them better. While Dakota was more serious and talked about her career and college, Elle opened up about boys and relationship with her sister.

Elle Fanning on relationship with Dakota: “She is a nice older sister. But it’s not like we always get along. Now that she’s going to college, it’s different. I went into her room at home in California, and all her clothes were gone! Her closet was empty! I don’t get to go in there and steal clothes anymore. It’s really strange. It’s sort of like she’s off making a movie, but this time she’s not coming back.”

Elle Fanning on her semi-love scene in Super 8: “I didn’t have to kiss him. But it was a boy-girl scene, and we had to like each other in the movie. All the other boys made fun of us because we had to like each other.”

Elle Fanning on her ballet classes: “Yes, five days a week. That’s something I always try to keep on my schedule. I would love to do a musical! Dakota did The Runaways, so she got to sing in that one.”

Elle Fanning on what she likes watching: Sometimes. We watch a lot of reality TV. My sister and I record Big Brother. We’re obsessed! And we love old game shows like Password and the original Family Feud. Also, me and my sister watch Criminal Minds. We record every episode, and we watch it every single night.”

Dakota Fanning on why she decided to go to college instead of focusing on career: “For the same reasons I wanted to go to a high school: You hear people say, ‘Oh, when I was in high school’ or ‘When I was in college.’ That defines a lot of who people are, and I didn’t want to miss out on that.”

Dakota Fanning on why she lives with her mother now: “No roommates. Because I’m only 17, my mom is staying with me in my apartment for a little bit. She’s teaching me how to wash clothes and such. But I’m so excited to be on my own. In my house in L.A., we all feel that everything is everybody’s, and so doors are never really closed. My sister and I share a bathroom, and when you have a sibling, nothing is actually your own. I’ve never really had anything or any place that was just mine.”

Dakota Fanning on being famous: “It’s all I’ve ever experienced, and it’s what I’m used to. When you’re 6 years old, which is when I started, I think you start forming how you think about things. I’ve dealt with being known for so long that it’s just kind of normal to me. And that attention comes with what I love to do, which is act.”

Dakota Fanning on how she deals with people who know she is a star: “I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten any formal advice, but I’ve always felt that you should never forget that you’re just a person. Even though you’re not like everyone else, you are just like everyone else. For instance, I met someone the other day, and they said, ‘Hi, I’m so-and-so.’ I said, ‘Hi, I’m Dakota.’ And they’re like, ‘Yeah, I know.’ But I can’t lose the fact that I still need to introduce myself to people even though they might already know my name or who I am. Oh, yeah, I guess you already know my name, but I’m going to say it anyway.”

Dakota Fanning on why she does acting: “I never have. It’s the only thing I feel like I know how to do well. I don’t really play any sports. [Laughs.] Maybe in college I’ll find something else to do if this doesn’t work out. But I’ve never wanted to do anything else.”

Kristen Stewart is looking astonishing in September 2011 issue of W Magazine. Actress shows her sultry side in a series of beautiful shots by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. It’s amazing how the hair and makeup can change one’s character. I really love how she looks in the pics, glamorous yet quiet innocent. In the shoot Kristen Stewart changes Max Mara’s wool sweater to oversize Theory Scotia angora sweater, from that to a Gucci gown with red petal detailing and to a leather biker jacket by Junya Watanabe over D&G silk bodysuit. W Magazine has sit down with an actress to talk about her career.

Stewart was asked about how she started her career and was it difficult for her to do numerous takes on the Panic Room movie set where Kristen Stewart played Jodie Foster character’s ten-year-old daughter.

I didn’t realize that 80 takes wasn’t normal. But it’s funny: Some of my proudest moments from film sets are in Panic Room,

actress told W Magazine. The interview has of course touched on the subject of her work in Twilight franchise and Stewart‘s long character Bella Swan. Stewart said that after shooting the last scene for the movie Breaking Dawn she felt lighter than ever.

We needed to film one more sort of honeymoon scene and we went to the Virgin Islands. After that scene, my true final scene, I felt like I could shoot up into the night sky and every pore of my body would shoot light. I felt lighter than I’ve ever felt in my life.

Twilight star also talked about the scenes from the Breaking Dawn such as wedding and childbirth. She said that a wedding dress was a “huge deal”.

This was my first wedding. It was insane. And odd. The wedding dress experience was a huge deal. I tried on one version of the dress, and it was like tweak and tweak and alter and tweak and change, and then it’s done. BFD dress. Huge deal.

The queen of androgyny, Tilda Swinton, who graces the photoshoot for W Magazine 2011 edition, wears plenty of designer pieces. She appears dressed in Salvatore Ferragamo, Blumarine, Céline, Chloé, Zero + Maria Cornejo, Comme des Garçons, Stella McCartney and other brands. But these garments look really weird on the images, and they do look like something created on another planet.

In the interview for W Magazine August 2011 issue Tilda Swinton shares about gender role play, her own style icons and love to men’s clothing.

Tilda Swinton on gender role play: “People talk about androgyny in all sorts of dull ways. Cahun looked at the limitlessness of an androgynous gesture, which I’ve always been interested in.”

Tilda Swinton on her own style icons: “David Bowie—whom I’ve been orbiting ever since I saw The Man Who Fell to Earth in 1976—and my father, Maj. Gen. Sir John Swinton. They are individuals with whom I share the same planetary DNA.”

Tilda Swinton on her father’s military officer uniforms: “From childhood, I remember more about his black patent, gold livery, scarlet-striped legs, and medal ribbons than I do of my mother’s evening dresses. I would rather be handsome, as he is, for an hour than pretty for a week.”

Tilda Swinton on her friends-designers (everyone from Alber Elbaz to Stefano Pilati to Phoebe Philo): “For someone to know what you need to make you comfortable, they need to know who you are. Having them make clothes for me is like being cooked for by someone who knows what you like to eat.”

We all know how difficult Christina Aguilera’s childhood was and then marriage and divorce, and full flop of Burlesque and her latest album. And sometimes he forgets words of songs and stumbles on stage. We all know it and all feel compassionate. But we don’t want stars to complain too often.

However, I feel it is unfair to leave you without at least highlights from her interview. So, here they are:

Christina Aguilera on her and ex-husband Jordan Bratman’s rumored affairs: “At one time or another, we were both not angels. It got to a point where my life at home was reminding me of my own childhood. I will not have my son grow up in a tension-filled home…”

Christina Aguilera on singing the wrong lyrics to the National Anthem: “Everything on the field at the Super Bowl was vividly bright, and I was having a moment. I got lost in the emotion of being there and I messed up the lyrics to the song…I went to dinner after the Super Bowl with Matt and I laughed at how I’d made myself into a Trivial Pursuit question…”

Christina Aguilera on her childhood: “I felt caged by my childhood. And unsafe: Bad things happened in my home; there was violence. ‘The Sound of Music’ looked like a form of release. I would open my bedroom window to sing out like Maria. In my own way, I’d be in those hills.”

Christina Aguilera on burlesque being a big fat flop: I was sad, but I’m still glad that I did the movie. During production, I was going through a lot of self-discovery. As a quote-unquote pop star, you have your entourage with you at all times. When you enter and leave a place, backstage, even at home—you always have your team. On the movie set, I didn’t have anyone around me. And it felt good. When I first met my husband, I needed that helping hand to take the reins and look after me. After the movie, I grew out of being that little girl: I became more of an adult.”

Christina Aguilera on her future: ‘I would never go down without a fight. I still have my eyes on the prize… I want to be that old lady onstage shaking her hips and singing her greatest hits.”

In the interview for W Magazine Mila Kunis shares about her first watching of Black Swan, trial acting gigs and being beautiful & funny in Hollywood. Read the highlights below:

Mila Kunis on her dance training for the film: “I had never danced in my life. I trained for four months, seven days a week, five hours a day. I had one day off on my birthday. I lost 20 pounds. I tore a ligament. I dislocated my shoulder. I have two scars on my back. And it was worth every minute. But I will never dance again… I was like, Well—I wear heels; I can do this. I was wrong: Christian Louboutins are uncomfortable, but I screamed the first time I put on a pointe shoe.”

Mila Kunis on watching herself in Black Swan: “Before I started, I couldn’t even lift my arm properly. I literally had no posture, so, yeah, the first time I saw the movie, my jaw dropped. I was like, Oh, my God—I don’t suck. And it’s great that the performance has been captured on film, because I will never put on those pointe shoes again.”

Mila Kunis on being beautiful and funny: “I was never raised to think that I was pretty. It’s not that I was raised to think I was unattractive, but it was just never something that was pointed out to me by my family. They would point out personality traits—“Our daughter is really quirky”—versus what I look like, because inevitably, looks go, so it makes no difference.”

Mila Kunis on how she started acting: “I started acting when I was nine as a hobby because it was fun, and it allowed me to get out of school. The first thing I did was a Barbie commercial, and I got to keep the Barbie. That’s all a kid wants.”

Mila Kunis on one of her first roles:“I guest starred on just about every television show. I was on Baywatch twice. The second time, I played a blind girl who’s lost in the forest next to the beach and needs to be saved. It was absurd: There’s a fire, I get saved, and then I go boogie-boarding. I remember thinking, Well, if I’m blind, how am I boogie-boarding? No one ever gave me an answer.”

Lara Stone, who has never been called the prettiest among the host of supermodels, looks incredibly attractive at pictures in the new edition of W magazine. She’s gone Marilyn Monroe blond and her blue makeup accentuates her hazel-green eyes dramatically.

Bright orange, blue and red outfits look fantastic on Lara and that polka dot scarf is something I would like to own myself.

She’s got talent and charisma some actors would give anything to have. She says it’s not just because she is gifted she has become so famous, but because she works hard and is very ambitious. She is ready for anything to get what she wants even posing or acting nude.

She said:

I’ve never had a problem with nudity, but I don’t put it out there without a reason. I’m not an exhibitionist. But, honestly, for my art I’ll do anything almost. I’ll go there.I know I walk a fine line between being a respected actor and being what they call a sex symbol. It’s a hard one to walk if you want to be known as a real, credible actor. But I’ve never felt objectified. Nothing you see me do is an accident. I might act like it’s an accident, but the opposite is true. I’m incredibly calculated when it comes to my career.”

Being named a sex symbol flatters her a lot:

I’m proud of it, absolutely, because why not? I can access that side quite easily, and I enjoy it, but certainly how boring if that was all I had to offer. The goal is to explore all sides.”

Eva Mendes, who graces July 2010 Issue of W Magazine, is often called a Latin American actress but she is sure she is a new American girl:

I don’t consider myself a Latin American actress. I was born and raised here, and I have Cuban parents, but for me, I am the new American girl. It’s not only Drew Barrymore and the blond Mid-western girl. This, [pointing to her face] is also what we look like now.”

Talking about passions in her life the covergirl of W Magazine July 2010 said:

I’m a modern woman in the sense of I take care of myself, I’m fiercely independent, and I’m really ambitious. Yet I have these old-school thoughts in my mind. I do like to belong to a man. I love having a man in my life, and being his woman at the end of the day. I know it’s a dichotomy.”

And like many modern ambitious women Eva Mendes can’t say exactly whether she wants to have children or not:

I’ve never had a longing to have children. I’ve been thinking about it lately because it’s like, “Oh, God, am I going to do this?” I don’t know the answer.”

She lives with Peruvian filmmaker George Augusto, who she has been dating for more than eight years.

Lily Donaldson is one of my favourite models that is why I try to post her pictures as often as I can. She’ s really beautiful and I like seeing her both on the ruway and in fashion magazines.

This time she’s posing for W Korea magazine April 2010 issue and looks as stunning as ever. Burberry is the brand she wears for the photo shoot: chic pastel-colored dresses, jackets and trenches.

Bulter embraces Jennifer who wears a pretty Alberta Ferretti dress, provocative stockings and a pair of cream shoes. The look is said to have been inspired by Kim Basinger in the famous 1986 film Nine 1/2 Weeks.

Jennifer and Gerard play lovers in the upcoming film The Bounty Hunter and rumour has spread that their onscreen relationship turned into a real life one. But no matter what the truth is I like how they look together.

The issue also icludes two more photos with the actors. On one of those the Scottish actor is seen wearing a police uniform while putting the woman under arrest. Another picture features Jennifer counting money in the front seat of a car.

I’m not going to talk about her acting skills as those are really not impressive. As a model she can be interesting, but again is she good at modelling? Definitely Not! It’s her sexuality that makes her so attractive, nothing else. Her face always has the same expression and body poses are very similar to each other. Why don’t photographers invent anything new if she can’t?

Well, the photo shoot for W Magazine didn’t change my opinion about Miss Fox, but I did like the clothes she wore for it, and that’s what matters.

The dark blue dress with a stylish white belt accessorized with a long chain necklace looked good as well as the outfit that included green hotpants, a loose top and a chic black jacket. The strict white shirt was also nice to look at.

In the interview for W Magazine Megan says she doesn’t look classy in underwear. This might not be very pleasant to hear for her new bosses from Emporio Armani.

She said:

There are some women you could put in underwear and photograph them, and it looks really classy and it doesn’t necessarily provoke a pin-up image. But with me it does, immediately, as soon as I’m in underwear. I’m a Vargas girl.” ( The star referred to Alberto Vargas, a famous Peruvian painter of Sixties pin-up girls.)

The Transformers actress confessed she isn’t confident enough when it comes to acting or modelling.

She said:

My main weakness is nerves. I have no confidence, and because of that I’m always second-guessing myself.”

Speaking about important things in her life Megan said:

No one believes me when I talk about this, but I’m really maternal. I worry that because I’ve always wanted [kids] so much, as the world goes sometimes, I won’t be able to have them, even though I would be able to provide them with such an amazing environment.”

When asked about trust in the film industry, Fox said:

I don’t trust people in this industry, but I especially don’t trust girls in this industry, because it’s incredibly competitive, and I’m just not interested.”
