Best-Dressed at BAFTA Film Awards 2016

While people celebrated (or not) the Valentine’s Day on Monday celebs gathered for 2016 BAFTA Awards at the Royal Opera House in London. The stars were numerous and the winners included the Oscar nominees The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road that ended up scooping up awards in multiple categories.

The award season keeps the eye candy coming, so let’s see who nailed it at the EE British Film Awards this year.

Stacy Martin in dark red velvet dress

Stacy Martin’s (Winter, Nymphomaniacs) dark red velvet dress is a sight to see. The embellishments make it more interesting and a plunging neckline makes it sexy.

Cate Blanchett in feather skirt dress

Cate Blanchett looked dramatic as ever in her feather Alexander McQueen dress with an embroidered floral top. She also went with a small balck clutch, a bracelet and some serious statement earrings.

Gemma Chan in metallic dress

Humans actress Gemma Chan opted for a long-sleeved metallic dress which in a sea of red and black definitely helped her stand out.

Isla Fisher in white dress

Isla Fisher stood out as well in her gorgeous white Stella McCartney dress with a satin insert in a balcony neck. The actress accessorized with a matching clutch and a few pieces of jewelry.

Angela Bassett in a hot pink dress

Actress/director Angela Basset wore a hot pink number with a high neck and a low back accessorizing with a matching clutch and a couple of statement rings.

Dakota Johnson in red dress

If there os one celeb who knows how to dress for red carpet (or has the best stylist) it’s Dakota Johnson. Her red spaghetti strap Dior dress with vertical ruffles is one of the best.

Alicia Vikander in black dress

Alicia Vikander went for the dress with an edge. A leather design from Louis Vuitton displays both seams and fringe and show that the red carpet dress can really be different.
